Nature's Oasis at Guandu Nature Park

Located at the confluence of the Tamsui and Keelung Rivers, Guandu Nature Park is a haven for biodiversity enthusiasts.

This 57-hectare reserve, managed by the Wild Bird Society of Taipei, opened in 2001 after a decade of planning. It boasts over 100 bird species, 150 plant species, and over 800 animal varieties, making it a prime site for bird-watching. The park features diverse habitats such as mangroves, saltwater marshes, and freshwater ponds.
