Scenic Journeys with Maokong Gondola

The Maokong Gondola is a 4km aerial lift that connects Taipei Zoo and the hillside of Maokong, providing a unique transportation option as well as a sightseeing experience.

Opened in 2007, the gondola was founded to enhance tourism to the Maokong tea-growing region, showcasing Taipei's lush landscapes and offering stunning views of the city. With four main stations, it facilitates access to the Zhinan Temple and other attractions, while its glass-bottom cabins provide an immersive journey.
