As i was walking toward Pink Lady, there were lots of stall selling clothes, souvenir items and also grilled seafood and deep fried chicken.

Street Vendor

Near Hatyai Central hotel, there is a stall selling grill sausage. It cost 20baht per gm I think. The sausage is eaten with ginger and lettuce. Lovely snack.

It was a little stange for me to see a stall selling Roti Canai and Teh Tarik (Malaysian staple food) here in Hat Yai. Did not try it though, as it was closed.

While in Hatyai or anywhere in Thailand, try pork satay!! You can't fid pork satay in Malaysia, I think. It costs 3baht per stick.
