    The Balancing Rock in Stonehenge

by globetrott Updated Mar 17, 2012

    3.5 out of 5 starsHelpfulness

The landscape in this part of New South Wales reminded me in fact a lot of Scotland and other parts of Great Britain. The Balancing Rock is a wellknown sight there, and you will pass by it on the main-road from Glen Innes to Armidale. You will find signposts along the road and a good parking-space as well next to the road. It is a pity that it was heavily raining that day, otherwise I would have tried to walk closer to these rocks.
I am sorry for the bad quality of my pics, the distance from the road to the rocks was several hundreds of meters and my camera has just a 60mm tele.
