120 Days: Funky place for breakfast

The thing that drew me here was the fact they were showing Shrek on their plasma screens.....well, and the fact they had a decent selection of breakfast goodies.
A strangly decorated place, its role changes during the day. , initially offering breakfast and light lunches for buiness men and women then becomomg more of a lounge and cocktail bar in the evenings, drawing a younger crowd and passing tourists.
It has a good location, on the main shopping street not far from Powder Gate

Favorite Dish: For 180Kc (just over £4) I got yoghurt, granola, fruit juice and an espresso.
    Rather tasty.

Address: Na Příkopě 24, Prague 1

Directions: Located on Prague’s main shopping street not far from Poweder Gate

120 Days: Really nice decor, cool idea

Every 120 days they change the menu and decor of the restaurant. It is a really interesting idea!

The place was really nice and the service was very good. The food was presented well but the food itself was not so great.

For such a nice restaurant the prices were reasonable.

Favorite Dish: For an appetizer the calamari was very good, a bit spicey. The steak I had was very chewey, which is not a good thing.

Directions: It is on Narodni, close to the Mustek metro stop.

120 Days Calamari Steak- a bit chewey I think this is fish

Come in and get a warm drink. Relax with some olives and crisps. Soak up the amosphere in this lovely coffee house situated in the centre of Prague.
A feature of this coffee house is it allows you to leave a message on the wall. When you go see if we are still there!
Only problem is I am not sure what road it is in but I know it has a gallery next to it. (Maybe it is Karlova Street)

Hotel Ambassador Prague: Culinary for Poor Tourist

by hartti Written Aug 24, 2004

At that time (1985) Hotel Ambassador was the best hotel in Prague, but the prices were not comparative to Western ones. There also poor Finnish people could enjoy from luxury with small amount of money. And feel themself as sheik.

    Favorite Dish: I had tournedos.

    Address: Wenceslas square 5-7

Directions: Just on the center square.
