Brasserie Firmin Tips (1)

Brasserie Firmin: Seafood - Fruits de mer

Brasserie Firmin

Here is the restaurant which at 150 km from the Mediterranean Sea and at 250 km of the Atlantic Ocean proposes seafood of excellent freshness, apparently without passing by Rungis.
The plate of seafood for 1 person at 25 € was abundant.
Nice restaurant with a kind and effective staff speaking also English although the majority of the customers were French. The waitress was very patient when explaining in English the particularities of the sea food dishes to overseas clients.
Serves also regional specialities.
My only blame is for the relatively high price of local wines.

Favorite Dish The advantage of this restaurant consists of the possibility of constituting a plateau of seafood according to one's personal taste.
