This is a nice market down in the Old Town of Munich. They sell flowers, vegetables, fruit, fish etc and you can sit down and have something to eat as well.

Many of the attracting stalls in the Viktualienmarkt actually sell speciality foods, rather than the necessities. Besides the stalls there are also statues, a decorative maypole and a beer garden.

Great place for a wander round. Theres a Beer Garden with trees that makes a great location for a beer on a Summer’s day.
