Plants and Knowledge Await at the Botanical Garden in Poznań

Established in 1925, the Botanical Garden in Poznań serves as a vital educational and research unit affiliated with Adam Mickiewicz University.

Covering approximately 22 hectares, the garden hosts about 7,000 taxa, organized into various collections such as trees and shrubs from different climatic zones, succulents, and species at risk of extinction. Major facilities include six greenhouses totaling 800 m², research labs, and monitoring stations.
