Sphinx Tips (1)

Sphinx: very good

I found this restaurant on the same guide where I found the hostel. I don't know how to describe their menu with anything other than "international with a hint of Middle East". The atmosphere is sober and with music at the right volume for talking without screaming. The ground floor is the smoking area and the floor upstairs is for non smokers. Their portions are big and filling and their food is indeed tasty.

They don't get top score from me because it took the waiters a little while to notice that we wanted to take a look at the menu, but once we got it the service was great. And because Mr. Sweden's steak was too thin to be cooked medium rare, the way he likes it.

Favorite Dish Their Shoarma. I ordered it fries and it comes with pita bread (which I love) and 3 sauces: sweet & sour (which wasn't sour), salsa (their spicy sauce) and garlic (the best garlic sauce I've had).
