Las Bridas Tips (1)

Las Bridas: Their "ensaladilla" is the best of Spain

This is a small restaurant located by Parque González Hontoria. Family restaurant, their food is superb, and even though the owner is kind of grumpy, the restaurant is always full. You need reservations if you want to eat there.

Favorite Dish Ensaladilla (russian salad) is absolutly gorgeus, you must try it.
Their menu will depend on the morning's shopping in the market. They know how to fry the fish, I recommend you to ask for a "fritura variada".
Their desserts are delicious, all grandma recipes. I love their chestnut's mousse.
