Frigiliana - Daytrip Tips (1)

Up in the hills......

Strange to find that Frigiliana is considered a Nerja 'thing to do'..

But I suppose a daytrip to this historical village, stuffed with holiday homes and ex-pats from the UK, Germany, Scandanavia etc, may be a commonplace thing to do when based in Nerja. I certainly did it.

But I'm not going to write about Frigiliana here. I'll write about it on my Frigiliana page

Suffice to say that it is very easy indeed to get to Frigiliana by bus from Nerja's 'bus station'. You pay the driver and the fare in January 2014 was 1 euro. Journey time is around 15 minutes and Frigiliana itself, albeit most beautifully maintained and with little tangible sense of its long history, is a very pleasant and pretty place to explore.
