Chillida-Leku: A Sculpture Haven

Situated just 10 kilometers from San Sebastián, Chillida-Leku presents the profound works of Eduardo Chillida, renowned for his monumental sculptures. The museum occupies the historic Zabalaga farmhouse, built in 1594.

Established in 2000, Chillida-Leku features 40 large-scale sculptures set in a beautiful 12-hectare landscape, alongside a collection of 100 smaller works and sketches inside the farmhouse. The site holds cultural significance as it reflects Chillida's artistic journey, initiated in a local blacksmith forge in 1951.
