Museo Municipal de la Vila Joiosa

Vilamuseu, established in November 2016, showcases the rich history of Villajoyosa with vast archaeological and ethnographic collections.

The museum, housed in the preserved facade of the former Public School Alvaro Esquerdo, spans 4500 m² and features unique artifacts, including Phoenician gold jewelry and other significant cultural treasures. It is noteworthy for its commitment to accessibility and houses unique exhibits from the Bou-Ferrer shipwreck, among other collections.
