Gallerian Mall Tips (3)

Gallerian: Where the locals shop!

Gallerian is a two-storey shopping mall in the heart of Stockholm and one of the biggest malls in the city. There are stores like: Vero Moda, Benetton, KappAhl, Oasis, H&M (clothing stores), Traditon (sells games), Clas Ohlson (Do-It-Yourself), Rizzo (shoe store), Pressbyr?n (newsagents), plus many more. There are sports stores, a book store,
food hall, and the coolest public toilets I've ever been to (the handles of the door are fitted with lights, if the lights are green go in, if they're red, don't!)

A great place to shop!

There are ATMs within the shopping mall.

What to buy I like Vero Moda - clothes for younger men and women - great designs!

What to pay Prices are usually at full retail price, except when a sale ('rea' in Swedish) is on.

Gallerian mall: it's all indoors!

Gallerian mall is just after Sergel square on your way to Kungsträdgården park. This is one of several malls in the area, I do think this one is the biggest. There are a great number of shops and restaurants inside. The interior is spacey and bright and the middle isle is filled with ice-cream parlours and other snack shops.
Go here to escape the bad weather in autumn/winter, or to visit for example Clas Ohlsson tool/gadget shop, H&M's lingerie and accessory boutique Beauty box, Benetton, Kick's, Vila and more.

What to buy I especially recommend Beauty box, since you won't find it anywhere else...
