"Start your day of adventure with either a pickup from your accommodations or meeting at the central departure point. Begin with a fitting with a Paragliding harness and listen as your guide gives you comprehensive information on the take-off flying and finally the landing. All guides are all professionally trained and qualified first class international Swiss Pilots. If needed you will also be fitted for jackets or shoes that are appropriate for the activity. A short walk to the take-off and slight down hill walking or jogging on a gentle slope is required to take-off and suitable for all different ages and abilities. a soft drink or tea before heading back to your accommodations."
