Step Aboard the SS Nomadic
The SS Nomadic served as Titanic's tender, launched in 1911 at Harland and Wolff shipyard. This unique vessel transported first- and second-class passengers from Cherbourg to the Titanic, marking its historical significance.
SS Nomadic is the last remaining ship of the White Star Line and is designed by Thomas Andrews, the same designer of RMS Titanic and RMS Olympic. After a diverse history, including roles in both World Wars and a stint as a floating restaurant in Paris, it was refurbished and now serves as a maritime museum.
