Even though I haven't eaten here myself, I have heard some very good reviews about it. I have stayed in the campsite next to the restaurant & have been told that you do have to book at the restaurant on weekends as it gets very busy.
Prices of meals can vary - have a look at the website, there is a sample menu on there with prices - it all looks really yummy!!

The Coracle fish and Chip shop is ideally situated in Brecon town centre. You can buy a take-away meal or take a seat in the Restaurant. A wide variety of meals are on offer on the Restaurant menu, mostly served with chips. I had cod mushy peas and chips - they were very nice, the faggots peas and chips looked nice too. They also serve a good selection of cakes and afternoon cream teas, all very tempting!
Favorite Dish: The chips are lovely and not too greasy.

This pub is a really cosy little place with a good choice of home cooked pub meals on the menu. The customers consisted of a mix of locals and tourists alike.
Favorite Dish: You must try the beef curry - it was delicious, a little on the hot side but hey I was camping so needed all the warmth I could get.
