Favorite thing: We enjoy an annual migration of students from around the world coming to the University of Lethbridge and my Alma Mater, the Lethbridge Community College. This is the United Nations of the Canada when we look at the cultural background of our students.
Fondest memory: I returned to Lethbridge from trips (away) and the first thing I live to feel is the wind. True, sometimes it is strong enought to blow you down, but without wind, I feel drowsy, without vigour, lacking in oxygen. Even a ten mile an hour breeze, or its Metric equivalent brings a breath of fresh air over the mountains and across the prairie.

Favorite thing: Go strolling in the coulees. A coulee are the steep, eroded ravines along Prairie rivers. The Oldman River (which flows through Lethbridge) coulees are home to much flora and fauna (including rattlesnakes). Trails start near the east end of the High Level trestle. Exit from Highway 3 eastbound onto Scenic Drive, just after crossing the Oldman River. There is an information kiosk on the right side of the exit ramp just after you pass under the railway.
