Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: Late March 2001 was very cold. It was the week of that year's Oscar ceremony. We needed gloves and thermal vests. Weather very cold but dry. Some slight snow flurries. Lots of snow and ice at Niagara. You are able to visit most of the shopping malls and department stores without having to go outside much. Connections via subways.
