Kama. Tips (1)

Kama: Indian buffet restaurant

Although it also serves "a la carte", I usually tend to go for buffet when available as it allows you to try a bit of everything and of course you can eat as much as you want.

I went to this place with some friends that had recommended it and I think it is quite good value for money. The food is not excellent (being buffet it rarely is anyway), but you get to choose from several different dishes, according to their website, they have over 45, although it did not seem that many to me.

As I mentioned, it is all you can eat and you although not strictly necessary, going with someone that has decent knowledge of Indian cuisine is recommended, as it was difficult for me to understand what each dish was. Don't forget to try the thin bread (it comes in several kinds), it is very good.
If you go for the "a la carte" option, there are several, more appealing choices, but of course that comes at a price (although still very reasonable).

At 10.95 CAD, I think it is a very good deal for a quick and substatntial lunch or even for dinner after theatre.
(Lunch Buffet from Monday - Friday $10.95, Saturday & Sunday $11.95
Dinner Buffet from Monday-Thursday $16.95, Friday-Sunday $18.95)
