Osteria Romantica! Tips (2)

Osteria Romantica!: Italian Kitchen!

There was something about Osteria Romantica that drew my attention. It was located in the center of the La Jolla Shores Village and it's name suits it's purpose. A casual cafe in the old town square.

The owners are from two different parts of Italy, Lake Como and Naples and enjoy creating dishes that are a combination of styles. The prices aren't too high, the food is good and they offer outside seating.

Favorite Dish Telling you about my favorite dish would not be helpful. The specials change depending on the latest creation of the chef. So far, every thing served is very good.

The dishes I especially liked, were the Salmone, an arugol salad with salmon and brie, Linguine Mare, with a choice of wine or tomato sauce--my choice, wine sauce--and Sea Scallops in wine & garlic sauce served with spinach. Yummmm!

So, if you feel like Itailan, try them out.
