    As soon as you enter Delaware from Pennsylvania or New Jersey,the pace immediately is a bit slower(or normal). The police usually enforce the laws there and the drivers are a bit more courteous than those other states...they actually let you in to merge instead of trying to block you out then honking at you,and it's not a slalom run down the highways...the traffic usually adheres to the speed limits.
