For non vegetarian Vters, this is a great location where you can find 1° choice steak. Ambience is lovely and very intimate (usual air conditioned at 18° C: not understandable by Europeans) and dark (other strage us habit: we are used to see clear what we are eating and who is eating with us), excellent service, big and tastefully dishes. We had also a great wine suggestions. Another big difference between an American and an European restaurant is that we try to spend more time possible outside; it means that from the end of May till the beginn of October every restaurant has an outside patio or garden where people is willing to sit. In the Us you are always inside: in winter it's too cold and in summer it's too hot. Actually I find this 2° habit a nonsense; first of all you could avoid all this air conditioned system, secondly I think it's nice to live the seasons.
This is a chain of restaurants, but it still offers outstanding steaks. They use only corn-fed Midwestern beef. The atmosphere is semi upscale, but not stuffy and the service is attentive.

Favorite Dish The name says it all! They have seafood, including Lobster, Northwestern Salmon, and barbecued shrimp, but c'mon, this is a steakhouse. It's a beef filet all the way, tender, medium rare, just the way I like it. Accompanied by a Cabernet Sauvignon or a Shiraz and life is good!
