Behind the Scene Thoroughbred Tour
"Each tour starts at our main office which is located at the corner of Paris Pike and Johnston Road. If you are coming from Lexington it's the second entrance. Check in at the front desk and our tour guide will bring our mini bus around to pick you up. Only 24 people can fit on our bus so it's best to make a reservation in advance. At 9:00am the bus departs from the main office the two largest and original barns. They can house up to 300 horses each. Here it is likely you will see the horsemen hotwalking grooming or bathing their horse. It's all part of the daily activity. After passing C and D the bus will approach the two training tracks. Here you get off of the bus and stand railside watching morning workouts. It is likely an outrider or exercise ride this is your chance! The group spends 20 to 30 minutes railside before getting back on the bus to travel to the backside.While on the backside you will see our training gate where horses learn to break from the gate paddocks where horses spend their afternoons hay and feed stores and more barns. As often as we can we will walk through Barn 28 and talk with trainer Mike Cameron if he is available. We spend about 30 minutes in the barn talking about the horses we see

"The National Corvette Museum is a showcase to America's sports car.  Start your tour with a short film about the history of the Corvette and the Corvette Museum.  As you walk though the museum you'll see exhibits featuring o service station and dealership.  You'll see Corvette prototypes one-of-kind cars and racing champs.  Enjoy hands-on activities in KidZone trivia kiosks and the ""Corvette Cave In” exhibit.  This exhibit takes visitors back to the early morning hours of February 12 2014 when the earth opened up inside the Museum’s Skydome
