Sushi Tango Tips (2)

Sushi Tango: Spicy Tuna on a Budget

This is my favorite sushi bar 'cause it's casual, fun, has great food and a fabulous happy hour - even on weekends! Located in Calhoun Square in Uptown, Sushi Tango's happy hour menu features appetizers and a handful of generous, beautifully presented sushi plates for $3.00 - $10.00 and specials on wine, beer, rail drinks and saki as well. The staff is hip, young and friendly and the vibe, low-lit and laid-back. Not big on sushi? They also have tempura, teriyaki, grilled tenderloin and several other entrees on the dinner menu for those who're squeamish about sashimi. Choose a table inside or out, or belly up to the bar. Check out the website for menus, directions and hours.

Favorite Dish No real favorite - lots to try and all of it has been great so far. I'm not quoting a PP price as it'll depend on how much sushi you can eat!

Sushi Tango: Sushi

My friends and I love to go to Sushi Tango in Calhoun Square. It's pretty good sushi (for being in Minneapolis, far from the coasts). It's relatively inexpensive, too.

Favorite Dish Asparavado (Asparagus and avacado) roll
