Luggage and bags Bring as much as you need, but make sure your purse zips.
Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear You're mostly inside. Bring swimsuits, comfortable walking shoes, and all types of clothing, because you can dress up or you can dress down, and you'll have fun doing both.
Toiletries and Medical Supplies If you forgot it, they''ll have it, so don't worry about it.
Photo Equipment Camera, of course.
Camping/Beach/Outdoor Gear Not needed.
Miscellaneous Plan for everything and anything. You're in Vegas.
Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear Without a doubt, the most important thing to bring to Vegas is a comfortable pair of walking shoes. There is so much to see and do, you'll really do so much more walking than you think!
Aside from comfy shoes, casual clothing is really your best bet. The nightclubs are the only places where people tend to dress on the "fancier" side, but inside the casinos comfort is the key!
For any of you who get "chilled" rather easily, you may want to bring a light sweater or something with long sleeves to tie around your waist so it's easily accessible when you need it.....many of the casinos keep the air conditioning VERY cold, so you do want to be prepared for that!
The Vegas heat can be very brutal in the summer, so be sure to dress light and comfy. Even the nighttime hours can boast temperatures in the 90's. In the fall and winter, however, the evening temperatures can dip down quite a bit, so if you do visit this time of year you may want to pack a light jacket and a pair of long pants.
Miscellaneous Vegas is a city of fun....so don't fret too much about anything. Have fun, be safe, and enjoy this magical city!
Luggage and bags Plenty of spare room! We bought so much in the great shopping malls (and my partner won me so many teddies at Midway in Circus Circus) that we had to buy an extra suitcase!
Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear A good pair of comfy flat shoes is essential for walking up and down the strip. Walking is really the best way to explore the hotels on the strip so your feet need to be looked after.
Toiletries and Medical Supplies Suntan lotion and aftersun. The temps in Las Vegas are extremely high.We went in September and it was hitting 100 degrees every day.You may think walking along the strip you won't burn because you're in and out of the hotels and shops, but don't under estimate the strength of that sun!
Photo Equipment A digital camera is an absolute must. We have one that can also film mini movies which was great for when we visited the Grand Canyon in the helicopter. There are plenty of places on the stript to print off photos from your digital camera if (like us!) you're impatient and can't wait till you get back home to print off copies!
