$11 as of June 2014. K-Bob's are located various places in the Southwest; they serve steaks, seafood and chicken. They also have a nice salad bar and soup. My food was well prepared and with the soup and salad bar filled me up. The decor was decent and the service good. Grilled Catfish with Chuckwagon Rice. Broccoli and Cheese Soup.

Recommended by the security guys at Flying J, we two women headed to Pow Wow for a late Sunday afternoon meal. Although we had missed the buffet, they filled us plates from the kitchen. Ham, turkey, roast beef, all sorts of fresh vegetables...it was a feast and the food was excellent. The employees were very friendly, it was a fun place (we left with Mardi Gras beads, need I say more?). There is a bar, but we were there for the food. I'd eat there again, and we did take pictures of the tacky, classic 50's exterior.
We were driving from Texas to Nevada on I-40 and Tucumcari was the perfect place to get a taste of old Route 66, and this clean, friendly restaurant was a great spot to stop.
Favorite Dish: The Sunday buffet was really good carved ham. turkey and roast beef with a good selection of fresh sides.

This is a good Mexican and American food resturaunt. If has many mexicans dishes as well as steak, hamburgers, and a salad bar.
The ambience was also very 50'ish as it is themed around the historic Route 66 from LA to Chicago.
Favorite Dish: Too many to name
