If by car/bus - take I75 or I71.
If by boat - cruise the Ohio river.
If by plane - most likely Greater Cincinnati Airport located in Covington, KY (10-15 minutes from downtown Cincinnati).
In the downtown area - buses or taxis are OK.
Cars are also a good idea - parking is usually not a problem nor too expensive and it is fairly easy to navigate the through the city.
The Cincinnati International airport is actually in Kentuky. No problem, downtown Cincinnati is around 15 minutes driving distance, even getting up north to the 275 is another 15 minutes. Of course, it can triple during rush hour.
The title tells it all. The horse drawn carriages will go over the Roebling Bridge, around Fountain Square, and tour the downtown area.
