The Caster Cabin is one of Irving's original cabins. It was built in 1887 by Henry Caster and now sits in Heritage Park. During the Heritage Festival in June each year you can tour the cabin (a short tour ) and also sample butter churned on the porch of the cabin. The windmill is original to the area.
