Galileo Tips (2)

Galileo: Do not go here

This is an incredibly overrated restaurant. Granted, the food is excellent, but the service is some of the worst in the city. At one visit, two waiters actually had an argument in front of us -- and no one apologized until I called the manager over. Roberto Donna is one of the best chefs in the city, but unless you're royalty, his staff will treat you like second-class citizens.

Trust me when I say that DC is full of excellent restaurants. Don't waste your time and your mortgage here.

Favorite Dish The food is very good -- never had a bad dish, just plenty of bad experiences.

Galileo: Italian Food

Excellent Italian restaurant that uses super fresh ingredients. The food shows it.

This is a very formal restaurant. Dress accordingly.

This is one of the best restaurants in DC. Reservations are strongly advised.
