The hotel has a fantastic location, right next to the cable car. Our room was spacious and exceptionally clean. Breakfast was diverse and fresh, with lots of choices. The friendly staff were always available and helpful. Access to local transportation was a plus, especially the complimentary taxi to the train station.

The staff, especially the friendly reception team, made our experience even better, and we thoroughly enjoyed the diverse breakfast and dinner options offered. The outdoor sauna and the gorgeous mountain view from the relaxation room were delightful highlights.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel, with a prime location just in front of the World Cup piste and very close to the Planai ski lift. The staff were outstanding and so welcoming, making me feel at home immediately. the breakfast spread was impressive, offering plenty of delicious options every morning, and everything was impeccably clean throughout my visit.

I loved how the hotel is right next to the Planai skilift and slope, making it incredibly convenient for skiing enthusiasts. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to assist.
