We loved the friendly staff at the hotel. They offered us great recommendations for dining and activities. The location is perfect, close to everything, including the subway. The clean and comfortable room made our stay enjoyable. The food and drinks were fantastic, especially the banana fudge ice cream!

The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff were incredibly welcoming, going above and beyond with personalized recommendations. We loved the complimentary Nespresso and found the bar on the sixth floor to be a delightful atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day out.

We loved the location; it was perfect for exploring nearby attractions. The staff were exceptional, especially Tevin at the front desk, who happily upgraded us to the Presidential Suite. The hotel facilities were fantastic, and we enjoyed cozy lounge zones.

The location was perfect, just a few blocks from great shopping along Bloor Street, making it easy to access the subway and explore the city.
