The staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options. The wellness area was great, especially the sauna and hot tub. I loved the location, surrounded by beautiful snowy mountains.

The hotel boasts impressive cleanliness, with all areas impeccably maintained, especially around the lobby and restaurant area. The food is truly exceptional, with a diverse menu that caters to various dietary needs. the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. I also enjoyed the amazing location, accessible only by funicular, which offers stunning views of the surroundings.
