I had a wonderful stay at the hotel; it was incredibly clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable atmosphere. The location was ideal, being right between North Adams and local attractions, including Mass MoCA, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, going the extra mile to ensure my needs were met.

The owner even upgraded our room and offered great recommendations for local attractions, including a breathtaking sunset spot. The convenient continental breakfast was a nice touch, and the thoughtful details, such as good quality towels and welcoming decorations, added to the pleasant experience.
