I had a pleasant experience at the hotel, as the cleanliness exceeded my expectations, and the location was fantastic, being close to shopping and the bay. I appreciated the kitchenette amenities, such as the full-size fridge and stove, which made my stay more comfortable. The best part was Crystal at the front desk, whose friendly service made a significant difference in my visit.
