The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making my arrival feel special with a lovely tea offering. the onsen facilities were fantastic; I found the outdoor onsen especially relaxing after a long day of exploring. The convenient location, just a short walk from the station, made it easy to get around and experience everything the city has to offer.
