Clean rooms. Courteous staff. A complimentary bottle of mineral water is given everyday. You have to empty the bottle because they won't give you a new one if you leave anything (even if you left it just 1/4 full). You would have to ask for another bottle that comes straight from the store room. Read: Lukewarm. The cookies on the table aren't complimentary so watch what you eat lest you get charged for something you are not aware of. The fruits are complimentary. I only wish that their airconditioning was stronger... I wanted the room to be a bit colder and the setting was already at the coolest temperature.
I find the rates pretty steep but I learned that these are already within the reasonable range for hotels in Bangalore. Afterall, it was pointless to get a fancy hotel for only a few hours sleep each night.
Overall rating: Decent but could be better.
Unique Quality: No swimming pool.
