Personally, I don't like hot spring very much, so I seldom go. But I like Dogo Spa Honkan (Main Hall) for its old traditional wooden building. It is a public bathhouse. There are two separate bath inside, with rest area for each one. The hot spring has water that is colorless and ordorless. If you are interested in a Japanese hot spring, it is the palce you should go.
