Going to 'Meriken Park' by MINOSUKE
'Meriken Park' is the area along the sea coast of Kobe, which lies to the south of Motomachi, downtown Kobe. Walking a few hundred meters southward from Motomachi, you will reach the seabank. There is a huge red tower called 'Port Tower'.
