Incredible!!!!
Just goes to show that you don't need to book years in advance to get a good price for a 3* hotel in Paris. I may have been very lucky when I needed a hotel room for Friday 11th May and only started looking the day before. Using booking.com I found this hotel offering over 66% off the usual price but still including b'fast. I actually paid 67€ instead of 161€, and this in the 16th district.
The welcome was good and although the room is typical Paris "small" it was comfortable enough for us two for 1 night, with a nice view over the garden. A bit difficult getting a case up the stairs and also getting my 85 kgs into the shower unit, which gave my wife a few laughs.
Breakfast is the usual continental one with 2 croissants each, a half-baguette, juice and enough water for 2 mugs of tea.
Unique Quality: The price!!!

Les Hauts de Passy - Trocadero Eiffel
Good location, small but clean rooms. Had everything necessary for a short stay.
The hotel is in a really nice non tourist area with lots of local shops and markets at your door step.
It's very close to the metro, close to tour d'Eifel (about 20 min. by walk) and all the attractions.
Unfortunately the street below was pretty noisy even late at night and when the market sets up in the early morning..
Unique Quality: The room was very small and basic with just a bed and a tv (with only 1 chanell on English).
We asked the receptionist to book taxi and make a wake-up call - none of this was done. Hotel staff can be more helpful....
