This Hotel was terrible (reminded us of Faulty Towers). Saggy beds, the smallest bathroom I have ever seen and dirty. Breakfast was only just edible. Stayed two nights then moved to a Novotel Hotel.

Very well placed (20 minutes walk from city centre), with a good service and friendly stuff, it's a good choice.

Nice reasonably priced accomodations -- with friendly and helpful staff. Nice sized bathrooms, and the best part is the Gare St Lazare train station is right across the street -- easy access to anywhere in Paris or the suburbs.

The hotel is right in the heart of some high power shopping.

Paris is a great city for shopping. I think you'll be near some of the large department stores. Also wander around to Le Marais and the 6th... great shops there, too. Do lots of reading about Paris.. then you can plan out your days and really see a lot. The restaurants, too, are wonderful. If you need any suggestions about how to pick good ones, just let me know.

Bally, Furla, LV, Gucci. Do you know when is the sale period? Hopefully I can grab some good buys during sale. ;p
