Lovely Hotel in St. Germaine de Pres
This hotel is perfect. It's not too large, the rooms are beautifully appointed, the staff is great, and the breakfast is delicious

St Germain Hotel
Highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a great location and well-appointed, clean rooms and a very nice staff.
Stay in the rooms overlooking the church!!
The noise from the Blvd St Germain is not an issue. The windows are double paned and glazed.

Deb, I was in Paris last week and while I did not stay at that hotel, I walked by it many times [we were at a nearby hotel].
From the exterior, it looked VERY nice. We peered in the lobby and at the price list by the door and realized it was out of our league. *grin* I loved that area--close to a metro stop; close to the Louvre, the Seine, etc; many restaurants and shops in the area so window shopping and strolling at night was fun.

This hotel is in a great location. It's on Blvd. St. Germain and just across is the church of St. Germain-also Le Deux Magots. I've walked past the hotel several times and wished we had stayed there. It's set back from the street a bit.
