Price depends on whether you go for the normal course, or the yakiniku course. Unfortunately as we found when we visited, the yakiniku course is for 3 or more people.

Iyotetsu kaikan is my favourite beer garden in Matsuyama. It's a rooftop beer garden and is open from May to September. 3000 yen for all you can eat and drink.

Just had a good bath at Dogo Onsen and want to chill out with a beer afterwards? Just across the road is Dogo beer factory where you can try some of the local beer. Pricey, but tasty and with some good food as well.
Around about 800 yen for a handle of beer, so bring plenty of money!
They have three types of beer to choose from, and some tasty food sourced from various places in Ehime Prefecture. Leave a Comment

Takashimaya and Iyotetsu are the two I prefer as it's possible to stay from opening time to closing time. Some of the other places give you two hours and no more.

It's the only real French restaurant in town. The owner/chef is a bonafide Frenchman.

Freshness burger near the city station is pretty good for its burgers and coffee. They have a good range to choose from, and it's reasonably priced. The best part about this restaurant is that it is only one of two authentic foreign restaurants in Matsuyama. If you are there for the short term, stick to the Japanese food. If you are spending a month or more and want something different, try this please.
