I had an amazing experience at this hotel, as the staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. The location is fantastic, being just steps away from the MRT and right next to the Bugis shopping area with plenty of food stalls nearby. Plus, the rooms were clean and comfortable, making it a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring.
