The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and the staff, led by manager Ahmed, were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my visit. I also loved the close proximity to great restaurants and shopping hotspots, including the iconic opera house and major department stores just a short walk away.

I loved the hotel's fantastic location; it's just a few steps away from the Opera House and close to various metro stations, making transportation a breeze. The staff were welcoming and friendly, which really enhanced my stay, and the rooms were impeccably clean. I also appreciated the cozy and comfortable beds, perfect for a restful night.
