The staff was genuinely friendly and welcoming, and they even treated us to snacks upon arrival. the cleanliness of the rooms and the free laundry facilities made our experience even better.

I loved the location of the hotel. It’s close to the subway station and in the heart of Myeongdong. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. I appreciated the laundry service and the little snack bag they prepared for me at checkout. Everything felt clean and well-maintained.

We loved the fantastic location in the heart of the city, which made it easy to explore shopping areas and famous landmarks. The staff were very welcoming, offering thoughtful gestures like welcome snacks, and they did their best to assist us. The cleanliness of the hotel was commendable, and the breakfast selection was a nice perk to start our day.
