I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, thanks to its immaculate cleanliness and fantastic staff who were always polite and helpful. The extensive food variety at the restaurants, along with delightful desserts, truly elevated my stay. I particularly loved the spacious gym and the vibrant aqua park, which provided endless fun for my kids, plus the added bonus of easy transportation via water taxi to explore nearby attractions.
