Mid Valley Hotel #2

Boulevard is one of three Hotels linking to the Mid Valley Mall, the other two being Cititel and The Gardens and is the mid of the three.

Rooms are spacious enough and breakfast is above average with fair choices.

Again, if shopping is a major itinerary of your trip, this is an ideal Hotel.

The are easy connections either by train or taxis to places of interest in KL.

Unique Quality: This Hotel is situated within the Mid Valley Mall as most convenient for shoppers.

Mid-Valley Megamall: Hotel for shopaholics 2

This is definitely the better sibling of the 2 hotels with the Mid-Valley Megamall Complex. (The other being Cititel Mid-Valley)

More stately, less chaotic, more upmarket and the room is definitely more spacious and comfortable.

Hotel is linked to the Mall via a private walkway and unlike the narrow walkway of Cititel's roomy and uncluttered with crowds.

Reception is warm and professional. Maintenance may be lacking a little. (When I left, my room safe was still faulty) Room amenities are sufficient and if you get a high floor, a great view of the surrounds (though marred by plenty of constructions going on)

The pool looked inviting. The location for breakfast (at the 9th storey Wild Rice Restaurant) is a more classier affair than at Cititel's. Food selection is alright - local and International for the breakfast spread. Though like Cititel, you have to pay to use the spa/health centre as it is run by a private group, separate from the hotel. (The gym is free though, for staying guests)

Unique Quality: Nothing pops out as ultra outstanding but as a general package, it is definitely more enticing compared to Cititel Mid-Valley almost next door.
