We stayed in Citrus hotel for 2 nights on 1st and 2nd nov '07, booked the place via the internet, the hotel is quite decent with not so great looks. It is located off a busy road(Jalan Raja laut). It is walking distance from 2 LRT stations and also a monorail station.
Room was quite comfortable, though we did not get a room with a view of the twin towers inspite of asking for it earlier.
The staff at the front desk are very laid back and cannot speak good english.
U have to carry your own stuff as there is no bell hop.
We had an early morning flight to catch and so asked for a cab the previous night itself and had to reschedule the timing, but the guy at the reception hiked up the price for the cab in just about 15 mins saying the cabs are demanding those new rates.
Tried calling a cab on my own to discover that the room phone was not allowing access to cab companies (strange but true). Finally had to call a cab using my cell phone and got a cab for less than half the price what was quoted.
Breakfast included was also not so great. There were no refilling of stuff that got over at the buffet spread.
