"falling in Love"

Malaysia has a very special place in my heart,I visited it four times,,First was with my parents in 1993,then on my honeymoon,in 1994,then in 1995,and the last time was in June 2004.

In the first three times we stayed at the Park Royal hotel in KL.....it has a prime location in the heart of KL at the"golden triangl"in Jalan Sultan Ismail street.
In year 2004 we stayed next to the KLCC @ PNB Darby park.

I had a chance to go to Penang too where we stayed at the Park Royal Peneng with my parents and at the Mutiara with my husband.
The two hotels are very luxurious,with great freindly atmosphere.*

Hi everybody,

I will be travelling to KL tomorrow afternoon,I arrive on the 13th of June.
Does any one here know the PNB darby park`s phone number?
I need to discuss some details with them,over the phone,(there is little time for e.mails.)
i tried their web site,but no fax or phone addressed there.

I think if you have any queries its better try to get contact numbers of some of our VTs like Peter ( when you meet them during the VT meet ) coz it will be very difficult unless them happen to see your message in the forum. I hope they dont mind ...hehehe

They even have an umbrella in each apartments for rainy days! How thoughtful!

Service Apartment/ Hotel

Unique Quality: PNB seems to be a conservative hotel as they dont allow shorts/ flip-flops on the executive lounges/ buffet breakfast for business class and above.

Opinion of Price: about average

a flat with a petronas view

A great place to stay, with the best vew: the Petronas Towers. The PNB Darby Park Kuala Lumpur Serviced Apartments are wondeful flats with all (unnecessary) luxuries. Ours was a one bedroom suite, which was booked by a local friend through her company - for less than half the price.

Unique Quality: A huge place... a bedroom with TV, a spacious bathroom, a separate living room (with another TV, stereo and fax machine) and a little well-equipped kitchen. Definitely a place to stay for weeks, not for a few days - since it's so comfortable.

Breakfast is in the lobby - and mostly caters to the Asia tastebuds, and this is my only complaint. If you are into a westener type of breakfast like us, you are stuck with toast and jam.

Opinion of Price: more expensive than average

PNB Darby Park

It`s not a hotel,it`s Executive Suites with the luxury of any 5 star hotel.
All apartments has house keeping facility,room service around the clock...it`s with in walking distance to the KLCC.
The place is clean,comfortable and very spacious(we rented the 2 bedrooms apartments)it comes with 2 TV sets,2 bathrooms,3 toilets,a kitchen,a living room,2 balconies,a dining table for 5 people,an ironing board,an iron and a laundry room located at the 8th floor.

Unique Quality: It has a swimming pool,a gym,offers breakfast for free(the breakfast buffet is very delicous and has a very wide range of almost everybody`s choice!
